Appointments begin at 11:30 AM and finish at 7:00 PM.

Please arrive on time to ensure we can make the most of the session.

Any preparation or design time carried out during the appointment is considered part of the tattoo session. This is because much of the design process must be completed together to ensure the tattoo fits your body correctly and aligns with your vision.

Prior to the appointment, I will gather references and ideas based on your concept. However, most of the design work is completed collaboratively during the session so we can make adjustments in real time and ensure we are fully aligned creatively.

I have found this approach to be far more efficient and productive than extended back-and-forth communication over text, as what can often take weeks and dozens of messages can usually be completed together within a few hours.

If the session runs beyond the scheduled finish time, an overtime fee of £150 will apply.

A small amount of extra time (approximately up to 30 minutes) is generally not an issue, but anything beyond this may incur the overtime charge.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment date and compensate for time reserved exclusively for your session.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 5 days’ notice is required. This allows enough time for the appointment slot to potentially be filled.

If less than 5 days’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking date.

Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine medical or family emergencies.
